Sustainability means a lot to us here at Slettestrand. We really want to take care of people, the environment and our beautiful nature – in everything we do. Big things like strategy and purchasing. And small things like waste sorting and food choices.
For us, it’s about being thoughtful – and it’s something we practice and get better at every day.

Our sustainability strategy helps define where we as a resort want to go in terms of how we see a modern and inclusive resort. Here you can see all the actions we have already taken and our goals for the future.
We’ve chosen to make it freely available to everyone in the hope that it can raise awareness, show the possibilities and inspire others to take action.
Since 2019, we have used the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals to guide us in our work with sustainability, and all the initiatives we initiate are based on the goals and targets.
